Grade your stack.
Model your AI bill.
Ship your launch.

Three focused utilities that answer the boring, expensive questions every new app runs into: is my stack production-ready, what will AI actually cost me at scale, and which of the two-hundred go-live tasks does my specific stack really need. Deterministic scoring. Weekly-verified prices. Stack-tailored plans.

Production-readiness audit

Stack Grader

~3 minutes

Answer ten plain-English scenarios covering the categories that decide whether a new app survives its first thirty days in production. Weighted score, letter grade, ranked fix list.

  • 10 weighted categories: auth, secrets, backups, rate limiting, payment webhooks, monitoring, HTTPS, validation, access control, dependencies
  • Basic / Standard / Pro tier per answer, not a binary yes-or-no
  • Deterministic scoring, ranked remediation plan with a link to the exact next step
Outcome

You leave with a letter grade and the ordered list of what to fix first.

Cost Comparator

Live math

Enter your users, calls, and tokens. The comparator runs your numbers against 79 model price sheets and shows the monthly bill for each, plus a recommended primary, fallback, and cheap-floor mix for your scale.

  • 79 models across text, voice, image, and video, checked weekly against provider pricing pages by an automated drift check, and re-verified by hand monthly
  • Recommendation engine picks a primary + fallback + cheap-floor for your usage profile
  • Optional email alert when projected spend crosses a threshold you set
Outcome

You leave with a defensible monthly-bill number and the model mix that gets you there.

Launch Checklist

~30 tailored items

Tell the tool how you built the app. It filters the master list down to the items your specific stack actually needs, with the why, the what, and the how for each.

  • Stack picker: Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, Replit, Next.js, Rails, Django, Flutter, Expo, custom
  • Every item explains why it matters, what to do, and how to verify it in one sentence
  • Downloadable Markdown launch report at 100%, ready for a team standup or investor update
Outcome

You leave with a filtered plan and a report you can hand to a co-founder or a client.

Methodology

How each tool decides what to tell you.

Every result is auditable. The scoring is deterministic, the prices link to their source page, and the checklist explains why every item is on it. If a result is an estimate, it is labelled as one.

Stack Grader

Weighted scoring across ten categories.

Each category has a fixed weight based on the frequency it appears in real first-30-day incident post-mortems. Your answer sets a Basic / Standard / Pro tier that maps to a numeric score. Two runs with the same answers return the same grade.

Deterministic, versioned rubric.
Cost Comparator

Verified provider prices, applied to your usage.

Every model card links to the provider's public pricing page with the last-verified date. Text uses per-million-token math; voice, image, and video use each provider's published unit. The recommendation engine ranks by cost at your scale, breaking ties by latency and context window.

Checked weekly, verified monthly. Sources visible.
Launch Checklist

Filtered from the master list.

The full list covers infra, security, payments, observability, growth, legal, and platform submission. Your stack selection turns off items that do not apply and reorders the rest by criticality. Every item ships with the why, the what, and the one-line verification.

Who uses it

Built for people actually shipping.

Solo founders, small engineering teams, AI builders, agencies, and mobile makers. The utilities stand in for the roles a pre-Series-A team has not hired yet.

Solo founders

You are the CEO, the engineer, the ops person, and the marketer. You cannot buy a $50k security audit and you cannot skip one.

Vibe coders

You shipped in a weekend with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, or v0. It works. Now it needs to keep working when real users find it.

Small engineering teams

Two-to-ten-person teams without a dedicated SRE or security hire. You want a checklist, not a lecture.

AI builders

You are shipping an AI product and every provider price feels arbitrary. Model the real bill before it lands.

Freelancers and agencies

You hand off client sites weekly. Your reputation rides on the checklist you follow before the invoice.

Mobile app makers

React Native, Flutter, Expo. App-store rejections cost you a week. Catch them before you upload.

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

What is Cafiyn Pulse?

Cafiyn Pulse is a free suite of three pre-launch utilities for founders and engineering teams: the Stack Grader (a production-readiness audit across 10 categories), the Cost Comparator (an AI cost model covering 79 models across 22 providers), and the Launch Checklist (a stack-tailored go-live plan).

How does the Stack Grader decide what to score?

Ten plain-English scenarios cover the categories that account for the majority of first-30-day production incidents: authentication, secrets, backups, rate limiting, payment webhooks, monitoring, HTTPS/HSTS, input validation, access control, and dependencies. Each answer maps to a Basic / Standard / Pro tier with a weighted score. The grade is deterministic, not model-generated, so two runs with the same answers return the same result.

Where do the Cost Comparator prices come from?

Prices are pulled from each provider's own pricing page, checked weekly by an automated drift check, and re-verified by hand monthly. The comparator lists the exact page and the date of last verification next to every model, so you can audit the number yourself. Text, voice, image, and video pricing all use the same input/output rate methodology providers publish, applied to your usage numbers.

Which AI providers does the Cost Comparator support?

79 models across text, voice, image, and video: Anthropic (Claude Haiku 4.5, Sonnet 5, Opus 5, Fable 5.1), OpenAI (GPT-5, GPT-5.6, GPT-6 Astra, o3-mini), Google Gemini 3.x, DeepSeek V4, xAI Grok 4.6, Mistral, Meta Llama, Cohere, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Whisper, Deepgram, DALL-E, Flux, Runway, Pika, Luma, and Kling.

Who is Cafiyn Pulse for?

Solo founders, indie hackers, vibe coders shipping with Lovable / Bolt.new / v0 / Replit, AI builders modeling their real API bill, small engineering teams pre-Series-A, freelancers and agencies, and mobile app makers preparing for App Store or Play Store submission.

Is Cafiyn Pulse really free?

Yes. There is no paid tier and no upsell inside the tools. Cafiyn Innovations funds it because the same reliability categories the Stack Grader teaches map to the paid infrastructure our team ships for growth-stage customers.

Do you sell my data?

No. Cafiyn Pulse never sells, rents, or shares your data. Your work is stored in a managed EU-region Postgres instance. You can export it as JSON or permanently delete your account from your profile page in one click.

Beyond Pulse

Pulse is the free public utility. Cafiyn Innovations is the rest of the toolkit.

Pulse gets your app production-ready. Cafiyn FlyWheel then gets your first hundred customers on autopilot, Cafiyn Lens validates the market before you build, and Cafiyn Biz runs the strategy work in-house teams cannot yet staff.

  • Cafiyn FlyWheel
Your first hundred customers, on autopilot.
  • Cafiyn Lens
Validate the market before you build.
  • The Blueprint
    The intelligence layer under both.
  • GTM Engine
Lens + FlyWheel: spot the demand, win the market.
  • Cafiyn Biz
Strategy, AI, and ops work as a service.
Try one thing

Most stacks lose points on the same three things.

Rate limiting, webhook signature verification, and row-level authorization. The Stack Grader tells you in three minutes which of the three bite yours, and which one to fix first.
